                       Assisting Providers (doctor’s offices) over the phone with issues in regards to claims that have been submitted to KY & OH Medicare Part B. Maintain call logs. Research solutions to any problems related to Providers’ claims. Perform daily security checks to ensure that my department adheres to the required security procedures in regards to HIPAA regulations. Keep up with business and call related metrics. Maintain my own time schedule daily. Attend bi-monthly training sessions.

Assistant Production Animator with Black&Jones for the production of Frankenstien!! an orchestral concert presented at Austin Peay State University. Work included taking children’s drawings and animating them to accompany the music in a live performance. This was an unpaid position for a nonprofit concert.
